KBShimmer Anniversary Trio: Shore Thing, Hexy Bikini, Beach Please

This is the most perfectly coordinated trio, so cheers to KB Shimmer on their sixth anniversary in business. I've used all three polishes and KBShimmer nail vinyls to create this fun skittle manicure.

Beach Please: "A bright, near neon pink cream with purple leanings. Beach Please is perfect for long summer days on the water. Covers best in 2-3 coats." This pink is SO saturated and was fully opaque in two coats for me. I absolutely did not need a third coat. No staining to report and a really great neon-like creme. I will be reaching for this a lot because of its opacity.

Hexy Bikini: "The latest addition to the KBShimmer textured polish line, Hexy Bikini combines holo glitters in silver, teal, and pink and reflects beautifully under the light of the sun. It’s perfect in two coats. Add a topcoat for even more sparkle." I used two coats on my middle nail and dabbed the tip of my nail for the gradient nails. It's the perfect gradient glitter because it is so opaque and I loved the bling! I love that the pink and aqua glitters echo the creams in this trio.

Shore Thing: "Escape to tropical waters with this bright aqua-mint cream with blue-green undertones. Covers best in 2-3 coats. Shore Thing is so beachy, you’ll feel like you’re in a tropics no matter where you are." This is the best aqua/green cream I have tried. I wanted to use a third coat because I am so used to it with this type of color, but the polish was fully opaque in two coats.

For my ring finger, I painted my nail with Shore Thing and then dabbed on Beach Please. It was not a gradient, just a dab. I topped it with one coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top, waited 5 minutes, then applied KBShimmer nail vinyls. I placed the vinyls on, added on coat of Hexy Bikini, then pulled off the vinyls. I was 99% the polish would come off, but it didn't! What a smooth experience for my first time using nail vinyls.
