The ex and baby mama of Jersey Shore star Ronnie Ortiz-Margro, Jen Harley, was arrested for domestic violence .

TMZ reports the two got into an argument while driving home from a BBQ when she allegedly punched him in the face and dragged him with car

Harley was booked for domestic violence at Clark County Detention CenterWe're told Ronnie's face was bloodied and bruised and, as you'd expect, he's got a nasty road rash. Also, none of this was for cameras ... "Jersey Shore" was not shooting Sunday
