Ebola has resurfaced as two new cases of Ebola have been reported in Guinea. Two people reported positive to the virus on Thursday and have been taken to a treatment centre according to the nation's government.
This news comes after the deadly virus which ravaged West Africa for two years had been officially declared over.
The two people who recently got infected with the virus come from village of Korokpara and three members of their family recently died from vomiting and diarrhea.
World Health Organisation, WHO has warned that Ebola could resurface and rigorous hygiene and prompt emergency response systems should be maintained at all times.
It has not been determined how the new cases contracted Ebola.
Ebola which is thought to have started in Guinea killed over 11, 300 people through a two year period since 2013.
