Speculation ranges from her On-again, off-again boy toy boyfriend Justin Bieber, 22, to the father of her three children, Scott Disick to the new man in her life, a hot young model.
Kourtney Kardashian hints at baby number four?
Life & Style reported, however, that Kourtney Kardashian offered a hint on Snapchat. The reality TV star turned to the social media platform and posted a photo of her children's playroom, overflowing with adorable baby dolls sweetly arranged in strollers.
"This makes me itch," wrote Kourtney for the caption, causing her followers to wonder if she was hinting at a new baby in 2017. And Kardashian didn't stop there when it came to causing speculation that she's pregnant for the fourth time.

Kourtney Kardashian also introduced her fans to what she termed the "newest family member" to the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" clan. Is it a doggy or a kitten? No, instead of a furry friend, it's a baby doll named Taylor. Kardashian's daughter Penelope put the baby doll in a car seat, and a video showed Kourtney even feeding Taylor.
"You're feeding Taylor. That's good. You are holding Taylor, he's a new baby," praised Penelope, hinting that she's in line to be the greatest babysitter in the reality TV family dynasty.
In addition, Kourtney shared that Taylor the baby doll would sleep her room, causing comments from her followers about a real live baby on the way. "Baby fever?" probed one follower, and another mentioned Kardashian's baby daddy Scott Disick.
"She wanted another baby, so Scott got her this creepy thing," speculated the fan.

In addition to Penelope, Kourtney Kardashian has two sons. Mason is 7 and Reign is 2. The last time that Kourtney was pregnant, however, Scott Disick was upset, telling her that she kept "suckering me into these kids" and describing the situation as "ridiculous" and "so sneaky."
However, according to In Touch Weekly, Scott might not be the daddy this time around. Sources told In Touch that Kardashian is not certain who is the father of her fourth baby because she has been "hooking up" with a young "boy toy," a former boxer named Younes Bendjima.
"Scott hit the roof when he heard she was hooking up with Younes," an insider revealed to In Touch. "Kourtney has a thing for boy toys, and Younes is just her type. She's been boasting to pals about his amazing six-pack, telling them she can't keep her hands off his sexy body."
